群众运动与山东抗日根据地的减租减息

摘要：
群众路线作为中共的基本路线,同样被运用到减租减息运动中。运用阶级斗争理论,深入群众之中,进行"谁养活谁"的思想教育,尽量启发农民的自觉,是中共发动、组织群众运动的重要环节。山东抗日根据地推行减租减息政策的实践证明,减租减息与群众运动相辅相成,二者互为促进,相互影响。群众对中共的坚决拥护,正是中共推行减租减息政策最宝贵的收获和经验。中共领导的抗日根据地由此获得了坚实的社会基础和取之不尽、用之不竭的人力和物力资源。被运动起来的群众常有过火行为,因此减租减息群众运动又存在严重的"左"的倾向。
The Mass Movement and the Reduction of Rent and Interest Rates in the Anti Japanese Base Areas in Shandong Province

Abstract:
The mass line as the CPC's basic line was also applied to the movement of reduction of rent and interest rates.It was an important link in the chain of launching and organizing the mass movements by the CPC that they would go deep among the masses to conduct their ideological education,with the application of the class struggle theory,such as “Who supports who”,in order to enlighten the peasantry on their consciousness.The practice of the policy of reduction of rent and interest rates had proved that it and the mass movement were complementary to each other.It was the firm support of the masses to the CPC that had been the most valuable gains and experience of the CPC to carry out the policy of reduction of rent and interest rates.Thus,the anti-Japanese base areas under the CPC's leadership secured a solid social foundation with almost inexhaustible human and material resources.However,the inspired masses had frequently overdone in their actions and therefore the mass movement of reduction of rent and interest rates also held serious left deviations.
