知识付费环境下的图书馆知识服务创新研究

摘要：
知识付费产业的兴起带动了知识服务的发展，也给传统知识服务行业的图书馆带来了挑战和机遇。图书馆借鉴知识付费成功发展的合理因素，在了解知识付费内涵和特点基础上，从分析知识付费对图书馆知识服务的影响入手，提出了全方位以“用户需求”为核心的服务理念，整合图书馆馆藏资源建设，打造垂直化、个性化的优质内容；构建以知识交流、创新和共享为核心的知识社群；并借助全媒体技术手段，搞好知识营销等服务策略，在知识付费方兴未艾的市场竞争中充分发挥图书馆在知识服务领域的重要作用。
Research on the Innovation of Library Knowledge Service under the Environment of Knowledge Payment

Abstract:
The rise of knowledge payment industry drives the development of knowledge service, and also brings challenges and opportunities to libraries in traditional knowledge service industry. On the basis of understanding the connotation and characteristics of knowledge payment, the influence of knowledge payment on library knowledge service is analyzed. The study puts forward the ideas, with the service concept of "user demand" as the core, to integrate the construction of library collection resources and create vertical and personalized high-quality content; to build a knowledge community with knowledge exchange, innovation and sharing as its core; and with the help of all-media technology, do a good job in knowledge marketing and other service strategies, to give full play to the important role of library in the field of knowledge service in the emerging market competition of knowledge payment.
