摘要：
随着网络技术的快速发展，数据成为应用的核心内容，数据安全引发的一系列事故层出不穷，无论从管理层还是业务层都做了很多工作，但是仍然没有很好地解决数据泄密事件。量化考核目标作为数据安全建设的重要思路，旨在全面分析业务流程、数据风险点、分级分权策略，通过对数据安全责任矩阵的梳理、法律责任的签署、数据预警体系的建立，形成分级分权的量化考核系统，使得数据安全管理水平螺旋上升，从而找到更适用于公司或者企业的本地化数据安全治理和监控措施。
Thoughts on Data Security Construction Based on Quantitative Assessment Indicators

Abstract:
With the rapid development of network technology, data has become the core content of application. A series of accidents caused by data security emerge one after another. A lot of work has been done from both the management and business levels, but there is still no good solution to data leakage. As an important idea of data security construction, quantitative assessment objectives aim to comprehensively analyze business processes, data risk points and hierarchical decentralization strategies, and form a hierarchical decentralized quantitative assessment system by combing the data security responsibility matrix, signing of legal responsibilities and establishment of data early warning system to spiral up the level of data security management, so as to find localized data security governance and monitoring measures more suitable for companies or enterprises.
