怎样研究和学习“西方经济学”——主持“西方经济学”课程第5版教材修订的思考

摘要：
对西方经济学中的合理成分，如反映社会化大生产和市场经济规律的内容，要注意借鉴；对反映资本主义制度属性、价值观念、具有西方意识形态的内容，不能照搬照抄。福利经济学是从福利观点对经济体系进行评价的经济学，包括帕累托最优标准与帕累托改进、一般均衡和非均衡理论、效率与公平分析等问题。乘数理论是研究国民收入变动量与引起这种变动量最初注入量之间数量关系的理论，包括投资乘数、政府购买支出乘数、货币乘数及对外贸易乘数等。经济增长理论是研究国家经济总量（通常用GDP表示）变化、含实际生产能力和综合国力水平变化的理论，主要包括新古典增长理论、经济增长因素理论和新经济增长理论等。
How to Study and Learn “Western Economics”——Thoughts on the Revision of Textbook of the 5th Edition of “Western Economics”

Abstract:
For the reasonable elements in Western economics, such as the content reflecting the laws of socialized largescale production and market economy, we should take in as reference; for the content reflecting the attributes of the capitalist system, values, and Western ideology, we should not copy it. Welfare economics is an economics that evaluates economic systems from the perspective of welfare, including Pareto optimality and Pareto improvement, general equilibrium and disequilibrium theory, efficiency and fairness analysis and other issues. The multiplier theory is a theory that studies the quantitative relationship between the change in national income and the initial injection that causes this change, including investment multipliers, government purchase expenditure multipliers, currency multipliers, and foreign trade multipliers. Economic growth theory is a theory that studies the change of national economic aggregate (Gross Domestic Product/GDP), including changes in actual production capacity and comprehensive national strength, including neoclassical growth theory, economic growth factor theory, and new economic growth theory.
