摘要：
新时代城市社区是一定地域范围内的社会生活共同体，旨在为共同体的居民提供社区物业、社区医疗、社区服务等的基层组织。社区终身学习平台旨在开展社区思想政治和文化修养教育，传承社区优良传统和良好风尚等。而今社区思想政治教育在人才、形式和创新方面有很多短板，通过引进人才、创新形式和强化社区建设等来推进城市社区思想政治教育，巩固和提高社区思想政治教育的整体效果。
On the Path of Promoting Urban Community Ideological and Political Education in the New Era

Abstract:
The new era urban community is a community of social life within a certain geographical scope, which is a grassroots organization aiming to provide community services for each resident in the community for community household management and community medical care. The lifelong learning platform aims to carry out ideological and political education, civilized quality and cultural accomplishment education in the community, and inherit the fine traditions and good customs of the community. At present, community ideological and political education still has many shortcomings in talents, forms and innovation. Through introducing talents, innovating forms and strengthening community construction and other effective ways, it promotes urban community ideological and political education, so as to consolidate and improve the overall effect of community ideological and political education.
