跨机构教学过程中有效沟通的策略探索——基于国家开放大学网络课程的教学实践

摘要：
网络教学已成为当下日趋壮大的一种学习方式，其中网络教学辅导是教学过程中至关重要的一环，而良好有效的沟通是影响网络辅导教学效果的决定性因素。通过国家开放大学跨越基层教学点的辅导教师视角，分析网络教学过程中遇到的问题，利用辅导教师与学生、辅导教师与责任教师、辅导教师与班主任三个主要沟通渠道，总结教学经验，积极探索有益策略，可以发挥有效沟通对网络教学的积极作用。

Abstract:
Online teaching has become a growing way of learning, in which online tutoring is a crucial part of the teaching process, and good and effective communication is a decisive factor affecting the effect of online tutoring. From the perspective of tutors across the grassroots teaching classes of the Open University of China, analyzing the problems encountered in the process of online teaching, using the three main communication channels of tutors and students, tutors and responsible teachers, tutors and class teachers, summarizing teaching experience and actively exploring beneficial strategies can play a positive role in effective communication for online teaching.
