开放大学网络教学团队运行实践初探

摘要：
开放大学网络教学团队的建设以提升教育教学质量为目标，落实了教学过程，解决了师资匮乏等系统办学问题。网络教学团队从顶层设计，规范团队建设结构；团队跨机构协作，利用多元化的信息技术手段开展教学工作。网络教学团队的运行实践要关注到增强办学、教学共同体凝聚力，提升团队教学科研水平和优化教育教学技术环境等几个方面，进而实现开放大学系统办学共同体的共同目标。
A Preliminary Study on the Operation Practice of Network Teaching Team in the Open University

Abstract:
The construction of the network teaching team of the open university aims at improving the quality of education and teaching, implementing the teaching process and solving the problem of the shortage of teachers in systematic education. The online teaching team is designed from the top-level to standardize the team building structure; the team collaborates across institutions and uses a variety of information technology methods to carry out teaching work. The operational practice of network teaching team should focus on strengthening the cohesion of open university running and teaching community, improving the teaching and research level of the team and optimizing the environment of education and teaching technology, so as to realize the common goal of running community of the open university system.
