国际汉语教师在海外教学中的跨文化交际

摘要:
海外汉语教学是国际汉语教师在跨文化语境中与当地人打交道的过程,是跨文化交际的过程,是文化交流的过程。教学环境、课堂管理、学业管理、语言教学、文化活动无不需要师生双方在跨文化交际中完成。国际汉语教师要时刻保持高度的跨文化意识,既要保持自身文化的意识和认同感,又要以移情的态度换位思考,在互相尊重、互相欣赏、互相交流、共同参与的基础上,在两种文化中不断恰当切换“做”文化,通过有效的跨文化交际,做好传播汉语言文化、建立中外友谊、让世界了解中国的使者。

Intercultural Communication of International Mandarin Teachers in Overseas Teaching

Abstract:
Overseas Mandarin teaching is a process in which international Mandarin teachers interact with local people in a cross-cultural context. It is a process of cross-cultural communication and a process of cultural exchange. Teaching environment, classroom management, academic management, language teaching, and cultural activities inevitably require both teachers and students to complete cross-cultural communication. International Mandarin teachers must always maintain a high degree of cross-cultural awareness, not only to maintain their own cultural awareness and identity, but also to empathize with empathy. On the basis of mutual respect, mutual appreciation, mutual communication, and joint participation, they should continue to appropriately switch the “doing” culture between the two cultures, and through effective cross-cultural communication, be a good messenger to spread the Chinese language and culture, establish Sino-foreign friendship, and let the world understand China.
