开放大学网上教学有效实施的策略

摘要：
开放大学40多年的网上教学积累了丰富的经验，取得了突出成效。网上教学体现了有效利用数字化教学资源、高效开展自主化网络学习、长效实施最优化学习支持、特效运作团队化教学主体等特色；网上教学实施的途径包括以学员为中心的教学原则、线上线下相融合的教学模式、注重学习过程的教学环节、强调教学交互的教学策略等；网上教学今后的努力方向是，教学效度有待提高、教学力度有待拓展、教学温度有待强化、教学梯度有待明晰等。
Effective Implementation Strategy of Online Teaching in Open Universities

Abstract:
Open universities have accumulated rich experience in online teaching for more than 40 years and achieved outstanding results. Online teaching demonstrates such good features as effective utilization of digital instructional resources, effective autonomic online learning, long-term implementation of optimal learning supports and special effects operation team-based teaching body. The ways to implement online teaching include student-centered teaching principles, online and offline teaching modes, teaching links that focus on the learning process, and teaching strategies that emphasize teaching interaction. The striving direction of online teaching lies in the improvement of teaching effects, the extension of teaching intention, the enhancement of teaching temperature, and the perspicuity of teaching gradient.
