党史学习教育既是中国共产党加强自身建设的一种重要途径，更是在民族复兴伟大时刻凝聚人心，形成发展共识，汲取精神力量的重要手段。而立德树人作为高校的核心工作之一，党史教育在其中发挥重要作用。党史教育的时代内蕴既是百年历史发展下的总结与思考，又是民族复兴的智慧准备与必然要求。科学合理地将党史教育融入高校育人体系当中，是新时代高校立德树人任务的新要求、新方向。
The Contemporary Implications and Practical Path of the Party History Study and Education——Based on the Fundamental Standard of Cultivating Talents with Moral Integrity for Educating People in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:
Party history study and education is not only an important way for the Party building, but also an important means to unite people's minds, form a consensus on development and draw spiritual strength at the great moment of national rejuvenation. Cultivating talents with moral integrity is one of the core tasks of colleges and universities, in which Party history education plays an important role. The epochal connotation of Party history education is a summary and reflection under the development of a hundred years of history, and also an intellectual preparation and inevitable requirement for national rejuvenation. It is a new requirement and new direction for the task of cultivating talents with moral integrity in the new era to scientifically and rationally integrat Party history education into the education system of colleges and universities.
