高校人才培养与社会人才需求深度融合的本质是要探索一条高校人才培养变革与社会发展相互促进之路，提高大学生的就业能力和社会适应性。面对高校人才培养与社会人才需求深度融合中的毕业生就业专业不对口、薪酬学历不对等的障碍表征，高校人才培养与社会人才需求深度融合的路径选择要从高校人才培养规律与社会人才需求战略性融合、高校人才培养过程与社会人才需求对接性融合、大学生自我培养与社会人才需求适应性融合方面考虑。
Research on Breaking the Difficulties of the Deep Integration of Talent Training and Talent Demand in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:
The essence of the deep integration of talent training in universities and social talent demand is to explore a way to promote the mutual promotion of talent training reform and social development in colleges and universities, and to improve the employability and social adaptability of college students. Facing the obstacles of graduates' mismatch in employment major and unequal salary to education in the deep integration of college talent training and social talent demand, the path selection of deep integration should be considered from the strategic integration of college talent training law and social talent demand, the docking integration of college talent training process and social talent demand, and the adaptive integration of college students' self-training and social talent demand.
