我国高等教育进入普及化阶段,高等教育面临办学角色、人才培养重新定位等多项任务,开放教育作为高等教育的一个组成部分,面临着同样的问题。新时代,开放教育如何提升人才培养质量,需要进一步把握应用型人才的根本,深入分析开放教育应用型人才的特征与学习者的现实需要,紧紧抓住开放教育环境中人才培养的课程、教师、学习中心、教学科研等关键点,提升人才培养质量。

Thoughts on Personnel Training of Open Education

Abstract:
Higher education in China has entered the stage of popularization. Higher education is facing many tasks, such as the role and the repositioning of personnel training. As a part of higher education, open education is facing the same problems. In the new era, how to improve the quality of personnel training in open education needs to further grasp the foundation of practical personnel, deeply analyze the characteristics of practical personnel in open education and the practical needs of learners, and firmly grasp several key points of talent training in open education environment, such as curriculum, teachers, learning center, academic teaching, so as to improve the quality of personnel training.
