心理契约视角下的地方高校教师流失问题研究

地方高校教师是地方高校教学和科研工作的基本保障,教师的流失尤其是优秀教师的流失给地方高校的发展带来诸多不利影响。与地方高校教师流失密切相关的心理契约问题,被认为是教师流失的重要影响因素之一,近年来逐渐受到关注。地方高校教师的心理契约是教师与学校之间除了纸质契约之外的默认隐形合同,包含了双方对对方应尽责任的主观感知。从地方高校教师心理契约视角出发,探求教师流失的原因,可以为降低地方高校教师流失率提供新的思考方向。

Research on the Loss of Teachers in Local Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Psychological Contract

Abstract:
Local college teachers are the basic guarantee for the teaching and scientific research work of local colleges and universities. The loss of teachers, especially the loss of outstanding teachers, has brought many adverse effects on the development of local colleges and universities. The problem of psychological contract, which is closely related to the loss of teachers in local universities, is considered to be one of the important influencing factors of the loss of teachers, which has gradually attracted attention in recent years. The psychological contract of local university teachers is the default invisible contract between the teacher and the school in addition to the paper contract, which contains the subjective perception of both parties to each other’s responsibilities. From the perspective of the psychological contract of local college teachers, exploring the reasons for the loss of teachers can provide a new direction for reducing the rate of teacher loss in local colleges.
