“养教结合”社区老年教育发展趋势与路径研究

摘要：
“养教结合”社区老年教育模式是有效满足老年人养老和教育需求，积极应对人口老龄化发展趋势的有效路径，也是和谐社会建设的必然选择。新时代背景下，“养教结合”社区老年教育发展呈现出社会需求和国家政策上的扶持力度不断增大；养老和教育双向融合，赋权增能，促进健康老化和成功老化等趋势。通过实施拓展宣传方式和渠道，加强需求幅度研究和总结，加强养老和教育的融合和互动，争取各级部门的支持和协调，加强人才队伍建设等发展策略，有利于促进“养教结合”社区老年教育的发展和完善，为有效解决我国老龄化发展中社会养老和老年教育问题开创新的发展格局。
Research on the Development Trend and Path of “Combination of Nursing and Education” for the Elderly

Abstract:
The “combination of nursing and education” model of community elderly education is an effective way to meet the needs of elderly care and education, actively respond to the development trend of population aging, and is also an inevitable choice for the construction of a harmonious society. Under the background of the new era, the development of “combination of nursing and education” community elderly education has shown increasing social demand and national policy support; the two-way integration of elderly care and education, empowering and increasing energy, promoting healthy aging and successful aging. Through the implementation of development strategies such as expanding publicity methods and channels, strengthening the research and summary of demand range, strengthening the integration and interaction of elderly care and education, striving for the support and coordination of departments at all levels, and strengthening the construction of talent team, it is conducive to promoting the development and improvement of the “combination of nursing and education” community elderly education, thus to open up an innovative development pattern to effectively solve the problems of social pension and elderly education in the development of aging issue in China.
