和风细雨：1950年鲁西农村基层的整风

摘要：
1950年的整风是新中国成立后中共的第一次党风整治运动。这次整风的出发点与以往战争年代的政治和军事考量不同，主要是为了保障经济建设。因此在开展方式上不过多关注个人既往，而是强调与各地中心工作相结合，从检查实际工作入手开展整风。在这一背景下，这次整风的目标、形式与内容都具有“和风细雨”的色彩。1950年鲁西农村基层的这次整风紧密结合土改、生产建设工作，着重从时事、群众路线、生产政策、党的基本知识四个方面对党员干部进行教育改造，展现了中共在全面执政初期的冷静与谨慎。
Gentle Breeze and Mild Drizzle: The Rectification Movement of Rural Grassroots in Luxi in 1950

Abstract:
The rectification in 1950 was the first Party style rectification movement of the CPC after the founding of New China. The starting point of this rectification movement is different from the political and military considerations in the past war era, which is mainly to ensure economic construction. Therefore, in terms of the method of development, it does not pay too much attention to the past, but emphasizes the integration of the work of the local centers and starts the rectification from the inspection of the actual work. In this context, the goals, form and content of this rectification all had a "gentle breeze and mild drizzle" color. In 1950, the rectification of the grass-roots rural areas in Luxi was closely combined with the work of land reform and production construction, focusing on the education and transformation of the Party members and cadres from the current affairs, mass line, production policy and basic knowledge of the Party,which demonstrated the calm and cautious style of the CPC in the early period of full governance.
