养生文化融入成人教育课堂的途径探析

摘要：
大健康中国背景下，由于时代的助推、政策的扶持和人民的需求，中医药养生再次成为人们关注的焦点。成人教育作为终身教育的重要组成部分，有着自己的特殊性和内在规律。探索养生文化融入成人教育课堂的实现途径，能够发扬中医药传统文化，避免养生文化“泛滥”，通过完善课程体系，最终为社会培养顺应时代需要的全面型应用人才。
Analysis on the Ways of Integrating Health-preserving Culture into Adult Education Class

Abstract:
In the post epidemic era of great health China, due to the boost of the times, the support of policies and the needs of the people, health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine has once again become the focus of people's attention. Adult education, as an important part of lifelong education, has its own particularity and inherent law. Exploring the ways to realize the integration of health-preserving culture into adult education classrooms can carry forward the traditional culture of Chinese medicine, avoid the "overflow" of health-preserving culture, improve the curriculum system, and ultimately cultivate comprehensive application talents for the society to meet the needs of the times.
