开放大学学籍管理质量提升路径研究

学籍管理工作是开放大学学校管理工作的重要组成部分，它贯穿于学生在校期间的整个学习过程，是学校教学秩序稳定、教学质量提升的基础条件。开放大学转型发展的新形势下，开放大学学籍管理工作应以开放大学新时期的发展和学生需求为出发点，积极探索适应开放大学教育特征的学籍管理模式。通过强化系统和法治观念、加强制度和队伍建设、完善预警机制等路径不断提升管理质量。以学籍管理质量的提升助力开放大学转型发展，服务开放大学创优提质总体战略。
Research on the Quality Improvement Path of Student Status Management in Open Universities

Abstract:
Student status management is an important part of the school management of the open university. It runs through the entire learning process of students during the school period. It is the basic condition for the stability of the school's teaching order and the improvement of teaching quality. Under the new situation of the transformation and development of the open university, the student status management work should take the development of the open university in the new era and the needs of students as the starting point, and actively explore the student status management mode that adapts to the characteristics of the open university education. The management quality is continuously improved by strengthening the system and legal concepts, strengthening the system and team construction, and improving the early warning mechanism. Improving the quality of student status management helps to promote the transformation and development of the open university and serve the overall strategy of the open university to create excellence and improve quality.
