张家口沦陷期抗日根据地的建立与建设

摘要：
1937年8月至1945年9月，侵华日军占领了张家口。在中国共产党领导下，抗日联军在张家口开辟了南山、平西、平北抗日根据地，并进行了一系列建设活动。党开辟抗日根据地的过程极其曲折艰难，在领导群众的斗争中建立了多个联合县，抵抗了敌人的扫荡，巩固了根据地。不仅如此，党在根据地进行了党的建设、发展生产、减租减息、建立群众抗日团体等运动，维护了群众利益，提高了群众抗日积极性，为夺取抗战胜利奠定了良好基础。因此，张家口抗日根据地的建立和建设为抗日战争胜利做出了重要贡献。
The Establishment and Construction of the Anti-Japanese Base Area during the Occupied Period of Zhangjiakou

Abstract:
From August 1937 to September 1945, the Japanese invaders occupied Zhangjiakou. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the anti-Japanese coalition forces opened up Nanshan, Pingxi, and Pingbei anti-Japanese base areas in Zhangjiakou, and carried out a series of construction activities. The Party successively opened up anti-Japanese base areas in an extremely tortuous and difficult process. In the struggle of leading the masses, it established a number of coalition counties, resisted the enemy's sweep, and consolidated the base areas. Besides, our Party carried Party building, developed production, reduced rents and interest rates, established mass anti-Japanese groups, anti-Japanese cultural propaganda and education campaigns in the base areas, safeguarding the interests of the masses, increasing the masses' enthusiasm for resisting Japan, and laying a good foundation for the victory of the war. Therefore, the establishment and construction of the anti-Japanese base area in Zhangjiakou made important contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
