高校纵向科研项目经费使用存在的问题及对策

摘要：
高校纵向科研项目经费作为科研项目研究的有力保障，制约着高校教师科研活动的积极性以及高校科研创新成果的质量。如何高效合理地使用科研项目经费是高校科研人员特别关注的问题，也是迫切需要解决的问题。通过对高校纵向科研项目经费使用存在的问题进行分析，提出相应的解决对策，对科研人员使用科研项目经费有一定的借鉴意义。
Problems and Countermeasures in the Use of Funds for Vertical Scientific Research Projects in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:
As a strong guarantee for scientific research projects, the funds of vertical research projects in colleges and universities restrict the enthusiasm of teachers in scientific research activities and the quality of innovative research achievements in colleges and universities. How to efficiently and rationally use the funds of scientific research projects is a special concern of researchers in colleges and universities, and also an urgent problem to be solved. The study analyzes the problems existing in the use of funds for vertical scientific research projects in colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, which can be used for reference by researchers in the use of funds for scientific research projects.
