摘要：
哈佛大学作为世界著名的研究型高等教育机构，始终重视敞开学校的知识大门，将优质的教育资源提供给社会各阶层。哈佛大学开设的教育课程培训、老年学习、客户定制等特点突出的继续教育项目，充分体现了聚焦社会热点、主题内容多元、服务多层群体等方面的特色，极大满足了社会各阶层的学习需求，对我国开放大学的转型发展和更好地开展社会培训具有宝贵的借鉴意义。
Research on the Features of Social Training Program of Continuing Education in Harvard University

Abstract:
As a world-renowned research institution of higher education, Harvard University always attaches importance to opening the school’s knowledge doors and providing high-quality educational resources to all classes of society. The continuing education programs with outstanding characteristics such as education curriculum training, senior learning, and customer customization offered by Harvard University fully reflect the characteristics of focusing on social hotspots, diversified themes and serving multi-level groups, and greatly satisfy the learning demand of all classes of society, which is valuable for the transformation and development of China’s open universities and for a better social training.
