开放大学产教融合发展思考

摘要：
产教融合是深化职业技能教育，提升办学质量，为企业培养大量高素质技能型人才，缓解结构性就业矛盾的有效措施。分析职业教育与产教融合相辅相成的关系，并结合国内外职业教育和产教融合的发展现状，归纳总结高校产教融合工作取得的成果和存在的问题，以省级开放大学为例，提出成人教育中产教融合工作的推进思路。
Thoughts on the Development of Integration of Industry and Education in Open University

Abstract:
The integration of industry and education is an effective measure to deepen vocational skills education, improve the quality of running schools, cultivate a large number of high-quality skilled talents for enterprises, and alleviate structural employment contradictions. Taking the provincial open university as an example, the study proposes ideas for advancing the integration of industry and education in adult education by analyzing the complementary relationship between vocational education and the integration of industry and education, combining the development status of vocational education and integration of industry and education at home and abroad, summarizing the achievements and problems of the integration of industry and education in colleges and universities.
