国际视野与本土情怀视角下的中国大学

摘要：
新时代的中国大学必须立足本土、面向世界，在放眼全球的同时坚守中国特色，即兼具本土情怀和国际视野。中国大学应立足本国实际，努力打造具有民族气派和民族风格的办学特色，走出一条独具特色的可持续发展道路。同时坚持国际教育资源的本土化利用，鉴别、选择、消化和创新外来文化，使外来文化转化成具有中国本土意蕴的思想智慧和实践智慧，使国际教育资源为我所用，提升我国大学的学术影响力，推动中华优秀文化“走出去”。
Chinese Universities from the Perspectives of International Vision and Local Feelings

Abstract:
In the new era, Chinese universities must be based on the local and global-oriented, with a global outlook and Chinese characteristics, both local feelings and international vision. Chinese universities should base themselves on the actual situation in their own country, strive to build their own national style and characteristics, so as to walk out a unique path of sustainable development. At the same time, they should insist on the localized use of international educational resources, identify, select, digest and innovate foreign cultures, so that foreign cultures can be transformed into ideological wisdom and practical wisdom with Chinese local connotations, make international educational resources available to them, enhance the academic influence of Chinese universities, and promote the “going out” of excellent Chinese culture.
