行政法“课程思政”改革探索与实践

高校“课程思政”是一项系统工程,要坚持科学理念,秉持系统思维,借助周详规划与设计,才有可能取得预期的实效。“课程思政”改革中存在教师认识与能力局限、专业教学与思政教育割裂、相关制度不完善等问题,应从对教师进行思想培训和思政评价,依托中国国情与中国法治理论选择教学内容,做好教学文件修订以及相关制度建设等方面加以解决。
Exploration and Practice of the Reform of “Ideological and Political Curriculum” for Administrative Law

Abstract:
“Ideological and political curriculum” in colleges and universities is a systematic project. Only by adhering to scientific ideas, systematic thinking and comprehensive planning and design, can the expected results be achieved. There are some problems in the reform of “ideological and political curriculum”, such as the limitation of teachers' cognition and ability, the separation of professional teaching and ideological and political education, and the imperfection of related systems. It should be resolved from the aspects of ideological training and ideological and political evaluation of teachers, selection of teaching content based on China's national conditions and the theory of the rule of law in China, revision of teaching documents and related system construction.
