社区普法教育研究：法治本质与国家治理视角

摘要：
社会主义法治的本质决定了中国法治的国家性和人民性，而法治的人民性本质意味着有助基层民众法治信仰的社区普法教育不可为其他法律教育形式所取代。随着中国城市化进程的推进与国家治理结构的下沉，现阶段治理的需求也决定了社区普法教育将会发挥越来越重要的作用。通过找准定位、统筹发展的方式，社区普法教育将在社会主义法治建设和国家治理中发挥更多作用。
Research on the Education of Law Popularization in Community: the Perspective of the Nature of Rule of Law and the National Governance

Abstract:
The nature of the socialist rule of law determines the nationality and people's character of the rule of law in China, and the people's character of the rule of law means that the community law education that helps the grassroots people's belief in the rule of law cannot be replaced by other forms of legal education. With the development of China's urbanization and the grassroots-going of the national governance structure, the demand of governance at this stage also determines that the community law popularization education will play an increasingly important role. Through the way of positioning and overall development, the community law popularization education will play a more important role in the construction of socialist rule of law and national governance.
