远程开放教育学习者“隐性辍学”研究

摘要：
近年来，远程开放教育学习者“隐性辍学”现象较为突出，学习动机缺少、学习背景缺乏和学习环境缺失是造成远程开放教育学习者“隐性辍学”现象的重要原因。为了实现对隐性辍学学习者的有效“控辍”，可以从学校招生宣传和课程设置、教师教学过程和教学管理以及学员学习动机和心理建设入手，从而真正降低远程开放教育的辍学比例。
A Study on “Recessive Dropout” of Learners in Distance Open Education

Abstract:
In recent years, the phenomenon of “recessive dropout” of learners in distance open education has become more and more prominent, which is mainly caused by the lack of learning motivation, learning background and learning environment. In order to control dropout effectively, we can start with the propaganda of enrollment and curriculum, teachers' teaching process and management, as well as learners' learning motivation and psychological construction, so as to truly reduce the proportion of dropouts in distance open education.
