教师资格证“国考”选拔功能的探究

摘要:
教师资格“国考”在我国教师教育专业的改革和发展中应运而生,成为准教师进入教育行业的一道门槛。除了具备评价、鉴定等功能之外,“国考”还被赋予了选拔功能,这对教师资格考试提出了更高的期望和要求。作为一项国家级考试,“国考”具备公平性、科学性、规范性和权威性的价值导向。但由于试行时间较短,导致教师资格“国考”在承载选拔功能时仍然存在着一些不足之处,需要从考试的组织设置、命题结构和评价方法等三个方面进行完善和优化。

A Probe into the Selection Function of “National Examination” of Teacher Qualification Certificate

Abstract:
The “National Examination” of teacher qualifications came into being in the reform and development of our country's teacher education profession, and became a threshold for prospective teachers to enter the education industry. In addition to the evaluation and appraisal functions, the “National Examination” has also been given a selection function, which puts forward higher expectations and requirements for the teacher qualification examination. As a national examination, it has the value orientation of fairness, scientificity, standardization and authority. However, due to the short trial time, there are still some shortcomings in the selection function of the teacher qualification “National Examination”, which needs to be improved and optimized from three aspects:the organization of the exam, the proposition structure and the evaluation method.
