红色文化融入高校学生党建工作的三重逻辑

摘要：
红色文化集革命性和先进性于一体，为高校学生党建工作提供了丰富的教育管理素材，对当代大学生党员群体具有价值导向、品德塑造、情操陶冶的重要作用。但是，当前红色文化融入高校学生党建工作存在着融入形式简单生硬、灌输有余而理论不足等问题，红色文化在高校学生党建工作中难以发挥有效作用。红色文化与高校学生党建工作相互融合、互相促进，符合马克思哲学理论与实践的辩证统一原理，也是提升文化自信、凝聚奋进力量、应对时局挑战的现实要求，必将有利于社会主义核心价值观建设。为实现两者有效融合，可以从强化制度保障、加强队伍建设、丰富教育形式、精炼红色价值、浓厚文化氛围、多方联动发力等方面进行实践探索。
The Triple Logic of Integrating Red Culture into the Party Building Work of College Students

Abstract:
The red culture integrates revolution and advancement. It provides a wealth of educational management materials for the Party building work of college students, and plays an important role in value orientation, moral shaping, and sentimental cultivation of contemporary college student Party members. However, the current integration of the red culture into the Party building of college students has problems such as simple and rigid integration, excessive indoctrination and insufficient theory. It is difficult for the red culture to play an effective role in the Party building of college students. The integration and promotion of the red culture and college students Party building work is in line with the dialectical unity principle of Marxist philosophical theory and practice. It is also a realistic requirement for enhancing cultural confidence, gathering force of forging ahead and coping with current challenges, which will definitely benefit the construction of socialist core values. In order to achieve the effective integration of the two, practical explorations can be carried out in terms of strengthening system guarantees, strengthening team building, enriching educational forms, refining the red values, strong cultural atmosphere and multiple coordinate operations.
