红色文化对接大学生党员教育的机制探究

摘要：
红色文化是中国共产党的精神财富，蕴含着理想信念基因、意识形态基因和传统美德基因，具有坚定理想信念、锻造政治品格、提升党性修养等时代价值。当前党员教育中面临红色文化认同感不强、实践教育流于形式、融入机制不健全等困境。需要通过挖掘红色资源、调适红色文化、完善融入机制等措施来完善党员教育机制，提升大学生党员教育实效。
On the Mechanism of Red Culture Docking with the Education of College Students' Party Members

Abstract:
Red culture is the spiritual wealth of the Communist Party of China. It contains genes of ideals and beliefs, ideology and traditional virtues, which has values of the times such as firm ideals and beliefs, forging political character, and enhancing the Party spirit. At present, the education of the Party members is faced with difficulties as a weak sense of red cultural identity, a mere formality in practice education, and an incomplete integration mechanism. It is necessary to improve the Party member education mechanism and improve the effectiveness of the Party member education for college students through measures of mining red resources, adjusting red culture, and improving the integration mechanism.
