高职院校党建与思政工作协同发展路径探析

摘要：
近两年高职院校大规模扩招，学生素质参差不齐，思想动态复杂多样，对推动高职院校党建工作和思政工作提出了新挑战。高职院校党建工作与思政工作相互协调、相互促进，密不可分，实现党建与思政工作的协同发展对于发挥党建引领、思政铸魂的作用以及回答“培养什么人，怎样培养人，为谁培养人”这一根本问题具有十分重要的意义。高职院校要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，坚持立德树人的根本任务，认真分析党建与思政工作协同发展的契合点和现实困境，探索出党建与思政工作协同发展的新路径。
Analysis on the Coordinated Development Path of Party Building and Ideological and Political Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:
In the past two years, the large-scale enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges, the uneven quality of students and the complex and diverse ideological trends have brought new challenges to the promotion of party building and ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges. Party building and ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges are coordinated, promoted and inseparable from each other. Realizing the coordinated development of party building and ideological and political work is of great significance for giving play to the role of leading party building and ideological and political work and answering the fundamental question of “who to train, how to train and for whom to train”. Under the guidance of Xi Jin-ping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era, higher vocational colleges should adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity, earnestly analyze the meeting point and realistic dilemma of the coordinated development of Party construction and ideological and political work, and explore a new path for the coordinated development of party construction and ideological and political work.
