新媒体视域下成人高校思政教育创新研究

摘要：
互联网+教育技术手段的日益发展，线上学习者数量增加，大规模线上学习成为常态。结合过往研究成果，全面分析成人高校学生的学习特点，挖掘思政教学中的学生素材可以贴近学生学习需求，巧妙设计教学环节可以增加课程亲和力，完善线上教学平台功能建设以提升成人思政课教学工作效果。成人高校思政课教育创新重在教育者需要具有唤醒学生认同感的意识，将教学素材与现代技术手段有机结合才能更好地发挥教育的凝聚作用。
Research on the Innovation of Ideological and Political Education in Adult Colleges from the Perspective of New Media

Abstract:
With the increasing development of Internet + educational technology, the number of online learners has increased, and large-scale online learning has become the norm. Combining past research results, the study comprehensively analyzes the learning characteristics of adult college students, excavates student materials in ideological and political education to meet students' learning needs, skillfully designs teaching links to increase the affinity of courses, and improves the function construction of online teaching platform to promote the teaching of adult ideological and political education. The key to the innovation of ideological and political education in adult colleges is that educators have the awareness of awakening students' sense of identity. Only by combining teaching materials with modern technology can the role of educational cohesion be better played.
