开放大学非法律专业法治素养教育的若干思考

摘要：
强化法治素养是开放大学非法律专业人才培养水平的内在要求，是建设法治国家、推进和谐社会的重要保证。非法律专业学生的法治素养内涵更强调正确处理实际问题和监督法律运行的能力。针对开放大学目前法治素养教育中存在的问题，需要从促进学生法律监督能力培养、完善法治素养课程体系建设、提升教师队伍整体法治素养教育能力、完善相关考核评价体系等方面提高法治素养教育的有效性。
Thoughts on the Legal Literacy Education of Non-legal Majors in Open University

Abstract:
Strengthening the literacy of the rule of law is an inherent requirement for the training level of non-legal professionals in open universities and an important guarantee for building a country ruled by law and promoting a harmonious society. The connotation of the rule of law literacy of non-legal students emphasizes the ability to correctly handle practical problems and supervise the operation of the law. In view of the existing problems in the current law literacy education in open universities, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of law literacy education in terms of promoting the cultivation of students' legal supervision ability, improving the construction of the law literacy curriculum system, improving the overall legal literacy education ability of the teaching team, and improving the relevant assessment and evaluation system.
