民国天津货栈业同业公会经费问题探析

民国天津货栈业同业公会经费收入主要来源于会员所缴会费，但会员入会及缴费积极性并不高，决定了其收入有限，且在民国特定的社会政治经济形势下，公会支出日益高涨，因而公会经费经常处于入不敷出的窘境，严重影响了公会的发展。为此，公会采取各种措施加以补救，但只是杯水车薪、无济于事，经费问题成为其难以摆脱的难题。
Analysis on the Fund Problem of Tianjin Warehouse Trade Association during the Republic of China

Abstract:
The funding income of Tianjin Warehouse Trade Association during the Republic of China mainly derived from the membership fees paid by members, but members are not very active in joining and paying fees, which determines that their income is limited. Moreover, under the specific socio-political and economic situation of the Republic of China, the association's expenditures are increasing, so the association's funding is often in the dilemma of making ends meet, seriously affecting the development of the association. To this end, the association took various measures to remedy it, but it can only be said that it is a drop in the bucket and is of no avail. The funding problem has become a difficult problem to get rid of.
