智慧教育视域下开放大学教育服务策略研究

摘要：
智慧教育概念的提出为开放大学的发展提供了新的思路。目前，河北电大系统在机构、师资、信息化设备等方面存在不均衡发展的短板，教育服务能力有待进一步提高。智慧教育理念有效落实的根本在于智慧学习环境有力的技术支撑与完善的学习支持服务。可以借助智慧教育理念，通过加强数据支撑、建立微服务团队等提高开放大学的教育服务能力。
Research on the Educational Service Strategy of Open University from the Perspective of Smart Education

Abstract:
The concept of smart education provides new ideas for the development of open universities. At present, the Hebei Radio and TV University system has uneven development in the aspects of of institutions, teachers, information equipment, and the educational service capabilities need to be further improved. The effective implementation of the concept of smart education lies in the powerful technical support of the smart learning environment and comprehensive learning support services. With the help of smart education concepts, the open university's educational service capabilities are improved by strengthening data support and establishing micro-service teams.
