摘要：
抗战时期，中共在土地方面采取温和性质的减租减息政策。太行革命根据地的减租减息运动自根据地创建之日起便开始实施，从最初酝酿、宣传阶段到1944年冬季的彻底减租减息运动，期间中共根据局势变化不断调整工作方式，发动群众进行斗争。运动的开展，不仅改变了农村的土地关系和阶级关系，而且调动了农民生产积极性，对社会意识形态也产生了一定的影响。
The Movement of Reducing Rent and Interest Rates in Taihang Revolutionary Base Areas during the Anti-Japanese War

Abstract:
During the Anti-Japanese War, the Communist Party of China adopted a moderate policy of reducing rent and interest rates on land. The movement of rent and interest reduction in Taihang revolutionary base area had been implemented since the founding of the base area. From the initial stage of brewing and propaganda to the complete rent and interest reducing in the winter of 1944, the Communist Party of China constantly adjusted its working methods according to the changes of the situation and mobilized the masses to fight. The development of the movement not only changed the land and class relations in the countryside, but also mobilized the enthusiasm of the peasants in production, which had a certain impact on the social ideology.
