抗战时期，马占山因领导江桥抗战而被社会舆论塑造成抗日民族英雄，为鼓舞士气、凝聚力量反抗日本侵略发挥了作用。但是，当他“降日”消息传出之后，他的抗日民族英雄形象迅速坍塌，沉重打击了刚刚凝聚起来的中国民众抗战信心。马占山的民族英雄形象的变化，对民众的社会心理带来很大冲击，生动地展现了当时中国民众迫切而焦虑地寻求救亡图存道路的心理状态。
The Influence of Ma Zhan-shan's National Hero Image on Social Psychology

Abstract:
During the Anti-Japanese War, Ma-Zhan-shan was portrayed as an Anti-Japanese national hero by the public opinion because he led the War of Jiangqiao, which played a role in encouraging morale and rallying forces against Japanese aggression. However, when the news of his "surrender to Japan" came out, his Anti-Japanese national hero image collapsed rapidly, which hit the Chinese people's confidence. The change of the national hero image of Ma Zhan-shan has a great impact on the social psychology of the people. It vividly showed the psychological state of the Chinese people at that time who were eager and anxious to seek the road to save the nation.
