高职法律专业课程思政教育教学改革探讨

摘要：
课程思政是指在专业课、通识课中进行的思想政治教育。高职院校法律专业要培养“德法兼修”的法律人才，有必要在专业课程中进行课程思政改革。首先，要结合专业人才培养目标确定思政改革内容；其次，改革内容应体现在教学资料中；最后，在教学过程中通过多种渠道、多种方式融入思政内容，最终实现立德树人的人才培养目标。
Discussion on the Reform of Ideological and Political Education for Law Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:
Ideological and political curriculum refers to the ideological and political education in specialized courses and general courses. It is necessary to carry out ideological and political curriculum reform in professional courses in order to cultivate legal talents of high quality both in morality and legal knowledge. Firstly, the content of ideological and political reform should be determined according to the training objectives of professional talents. Secondly, the content of reform should be reflected in the teaching materials. Finally, the ideological and political education should be integrated into the teaching process through a variety of ways so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality legal talents.
