系统视角下本科高校应用型转型的宏观思考

摘要：
普通本科高校向应用型转型，是新时代优化教育结构，建立与国民经济发展相匹配的高等教育体系改革的重要任务之一。本科高校应用型转型是一项复杂的系统工程，对于问题的研究，不能只强调单一的要素，转型是整体性质的改变，应当从系统的视角出发，厘清与应用型转型相关的关键要素，围绕关键要素探讨本科高校应用型转型实现的路径。向应用型转型实质上是转型系统要素联动实现系统应用型转型功能的过程。
Macro Thinking on Application-oriented Transformation of Undergraduate Universities from the System Perspective

Abstract:
The transformation of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to application-oriented is one of the important tasks of optimizing the educational structure in the new era and establishing a higher education system that matches the development of the national economy. The application-oriented transformation of undergraduate colleges and universities is a complicated system engineering. The research on problems should not only emphasize single elements, transformation is a change in the overall nature. It is necessary to clarify the key elements related to application-oriented transformation from the perspective of the system, and discuss the path to achieve the application-oriented transformation around the key elements. The transformation to application type is essentially a process in which the elements of the transformation system are linked to realize the function of system application transformation.
