摘要：
近年来，石家庄市立足实现高质量发展，大力推进“效能革命”，推动了经济转型升级、人民生活改善，实践检验了效能建设的作用和优势。持续推进效能建设应当抓住重点，着力提高城市管理效能、政府服务效能、风险防控效能、行政执法效能、行政审批效能。在推进效能革命的路径选择上，要健全责任体系，树立正确用人导向，增进干部队伍对组织管理目标的政治认同、思想认同、文化认同，为提高效能注入内生动力。

Abstract:
In recent years, based on achieving high-quality development, Shijiazhuang has vigorously promoted the "efficiency revolution", promoted the economic transformation and upgrading, improved people's living standards, and made a practical test on the role and advantages of efficiency construction. The continuous promotion of efficiency construction should focus on key points and focus on improving the efficiency of urban management, government service, risk prevention and control, administrative law enforcement, and administrative approval. In the path selection of promoting the efficiency revolution, we should improve the responsibility system, establish the correct employment orientation, enhance the political, ideological and cultural identity of the cadres to the organizational management objectives, and inject endogenous power into the improvement of efficiency.
