干部网络教育地域文化课程建设的新思路

摘要：
河北具有悠久的历史和厚重的地域文化，挖掘整合地域文化资源，开发具有河北特色的优质课程资源，丰富提升干部培训内涵，打造干部网络教育的特色品牌，具有重要的现实意义。开发地域文化课程资源要遵循去粗取精去伪存真、推陈出新古为今用、学有所获学以致用、紧扣主题形成体系的原则。在开发路径上把握好内容构成上的虚实结合、开发方式上的点面结合、呈现形式上的大小结合、研发方法上的内外结合。
New Ideas on the Construction of Regional Culture Courses for Cadre Network Education

Abstract:
Hebei has a long history and profound regional culture. It has important practical significance to explore regional cultural resources, develop a number of high-quality curriculum resources with Hebei characteristics, enrich and enhance the connotation of cadres training, and create a distinctive brand of network education for cadres. The development of regional cultural curriculum resources should follow the principles as follows:discarding the dross and selecting the essential, getting rid of the fake and retaining the genuine, innovating the old and bringing up the new for the present, learning and getting knowledge for application, and forming a system closely following the theme. In the development path, it should grasp the combination of virtual and actual content, the combination of points and areas in the development method, the combination of large and small presentation forms, and the combination of internal and external development methods.
