《孙子兵法》“全胜”思想与警务工作运用研究

摘要：
“全胜”思想的核心是谋全局，懂全破，定全策。运用谋略思维，通过政治、经济、外交等方法手段，以达到用最小代价获取最大利益目的。“全胜”思想体系完整，思维方式可行，能力基础相通。可以把“全胜”思想灵活运用于警务工作之中，提高警务工作效能，以期达到警务工作的“全胜”。
Research on the “Full Victory” Ideology of Sun Tzu's Art of War and the Application in Police Work

Abstract:
The core of the “full victory” ideology is to seek the overall situation, understand breaking all the enemy and set the whole strategy, use strategic thinking, through political, economic, diplomatic and other methods to achieve the purpose of obtaining maximum benefits at the minimum cost. The “full victory” ideological system is complete, the way of thinking is feasible, and the ability and foundation are the same. The idea of “full victory” can be flexibly applied to police work to improve efficiency, with a view to reaching a “full victory” in police work.
