摘要：
全面抗战时期，安阳地区在多种因素的影响下，发生了严重的自然灾害。灾害种类多，发生频率高，持续时间长，破坏性大。不仅破坏了生态环境，扰乱了社会秩序，还导致封建迷信充斥于乡间。为了稳定社会秩序，安阳地区的各方势力都展开了救灾，但以抗日根据地的救灾最有成效。在安阳军民的共同努力下，最终取得了这场斗争的胜利。
Natural Disasters and Relief in Anyang Area during the Anti-Japanese War

Abstract:
During the Anti Japanese War, under the influence of many factors, serious natural disasters occurred in Anyang area. They have many kinds, high frequency, long duration and great destructiveness. It not only destroyed the ecological environment, disturbed the social order, but also led to the feudal superstition in the countryside. In order to stabilize social order, all forces in Anyang area have launched disaster relief, but the Anti Japanese base area is the most effective. With the joint efforts of the army and the people of Anyang, we have finally won the battle.
