摘要:
在经济全球化和教育国际化的大背景下,基于高素质人才培养的需要,我国各高校正积极探索推进课程改革的有效路径。《教育的目的》虽是一本演讲论文集,却高度凝结了怀特海的课程观精华,对我国高校的课程改革仍有借鉴价值。怀特海的课程观强调,课程内容应注重生活性与整体性,课程设置的目的为培养有智慧的人,以及课程的实施需教师采用富有想象力的教学方式。

The Enlightenment of Whitehead's Curriculum Outlook to the Curriculum Reform of Colleges and Universities in China——Based on the Interpretation of the The Aims of Education

Abstract:
Under the background of economic globalization and education internationalization, facing the needs of high-quality personnel training, universities in China are actively exploring effective ways to promote curriculum reform. Although The Aims of Education is a collection of speeches, it has highly condensed the essence of Whitehead's view of curriculum, which is still valuable to the curriculum reform in Chinese universities. Whitehead's curriculum concept emphasizes that the curriculum content should focus on life and integrity, the purpose of curriculum design is to cultivate intelligent people, and the implementation of curriculum requires teachers to adopt imaginative teaching methods.
