特殊教育院校开展创业教育的问题与对策

摘要:
健全创新创业教育体系是深化高校创新创业教育改革的任务之一,而相关研究尚处在起步阶段。特殊职业教育兼具特殊教育和职业教育的双重属性,对特殊人群开展的特殊教育是关系国计民生的大事,创业教育为特殊人群提供了新的就业方向,而目前特殊院校中开展的创业教育体系不够完善,还存在一定问题。针对这些问题,需要从深化特殊教育院校创业教育理念、完善特殊教育院校创新创业体系、建立并完善残疾学生创业支持制度及政策、构建专兼职结合的创业导师团队、营造全方位无死角的创业氛围等几个方面完善特殊教育院校的创业教育。

Problems and Countermeasures of Developing Entrepreneurship Education in Special Education Colleges

Abstract:
Improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education system is one of the tasks to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and related research is still in its infancy. Special vocational education has the dual attributes of special education and vocational education. Special education for special populations is a matter of national economy and people's livelihood. Entrepreneurship education provides new employment directions for special populations. The current entrepreneurial education system in special schools is still insufficient, as there are some problems. To address these issues, it is necessary to deepen the entrepreneurial education concept of special education colleges, improve the innovation and entrepreneurship system of special education colleges, establish and improve the entrepreneurship support system and policies for disabled students, build a full-time and part-time entrepreneurship mentor team, and create a comprehensive and all-round entrepreneurship atmosphere, thus to improve the entrepreneurship education of special education colleges.
