电大系统网上教学行为比较分析研究

摘要：
如何提高网络教学实效性已成为电大一线教师及教育研究部门关注的问题。师生行为在远程教学中发挥着重要作用，而且对教学效果提升产生了重要影响。在远程教学过程中，一定要提升学生选课率、上线学生比例、上线教师比例、生师比、课程责任教师配置率和网络课程班级辅导教师配置率。此外，还要在实践教学过程中进一步促进师生行为转化，不断提升教学实效性。
Comparative Analysis of the Online Teaching Behavior in Radio and TV University System

Abstract:
How to improve the network teaching effectiveness has become an issue concerned by radio and TV university teachers and educational research departments. However, teacher-student behavior plays an important role in distance education and it has an important influence on the improvement of teaching effect. In the process of distance education, it is necessary to improve the rate of course selection, the proportion of students online, the proportion of teachers online, the proportion of students-teachers online, the allocation rate of curriculum responsibility teachers and tutoring teachers of the network course class. Moreover, it is also necessary to further promote teacher-student behavior transformation in the process of practical teaching and constantly improve the teaching effectiveness.
