开放大学法学学科诊所式教学模式的应用探索

摘要：
诊所式教学模式是法学高等教育领域较有代表性的一种模式，通过学做一体的教学，可以较好地满足开放大学中法学学科学生的需求。但目前在实践中还存在研究数量较少、推广范围有限、教师实际实践能力有限、教学模式实施能力不足等问题。开放大学可尝试加强对诊所式教学模式的研究、拓展诊所式教学模式的实践应用领域、加大对相关课程建设的扶持力度、提高教师实际法律事务实践能力、打造双师素质的法学学科教师队伍等策略。
Application and Exploration of the Clinic Teaching Mode in the Law Discipline of the Open University

Abstract:
The clinical teaching model is a representative model in the field of higher education of law. Through the integrated teaching, it can better meet the needs of law students in the open university. However, there are still some problems in practice, such as the limited amount of research, the limited scope of promotion, the limited practical ability of teachers, and the insufficient ability of teaching mode implementation. The open university can try to strengthen the research on the clinical teaching mode, expand the practical application of the clinical teaching mode, increase the support to the relevant curriculum construction, improve the practical ability of teachers in the practical legal affairs, and build a team of law teachers with double qualification.
