高管团队异质性对企业创新影响的实证研究

摘要:
随着市场竞争加剧,创新成为企业提高核心竞争力、在多变的市场环境中生存发展的依据。高管团队作为企业的决策者和推动者,团队成员的特征和素质会直接影响企业行为。利用2015—2017年沪深A股新能源上市公司,研究高管团队异质性对企业创新的影响。引入CEO权力作为调节变量,探究新能源上市公司高管团队异质性对企业创新的影响,为新能源行业创新研究提供新视角,有助于全面了解企业创新。

Empirical Study on the Impact of Heterogeneity of Top Management Team on Enterprise Innovation

Abstract:
As market competition intensifies, innovation has become a basis for enterprises to improve core competitiveness and survive in a changing market environment. As the decision-maker and promoter of the enterprise, the characteristics and qualities of the top management team members will directly affect the enterprise behavior. Based on the panel data of A-share new energy listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange of China from 2015 to 2017, it examines the impact of heterogeneity of top management team (TMT) on enterprise innovation, introduce CEO power as a moderating variable to explore the impact of the heterogeneity of the executive team of new energy listed companies on corporate innovation. It provides a new perspective for innovation research in the new energy industry and helps to fully understand enterprise innovation.
