京津冀协同发展大背景下人才合理流动共享和合作共赢，既是统筹三地区域协调发展的现实需求，也是促进河北区域经济社会环境加快发展，大力提升其核心竞争力的大好机遇。同时带动河北经济社会环境的协调发展，各种资源共享、整体协同发展，带动京津冀三大区域的和谐发展。

Abstract:
Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the rational flow and sharing of talents and win-win cooperation are not only the practical needs of coordinating the development of the three regions, but also a great opportunity to accelerate the development of the regional economic and social environment of Hebei Province and vigorously enhance its core competitiveness. At the same time, it will promote the coordinated development of Hebei's economic and social environment, the sharing of various resources and the overall coordinated development, promoting the harmonious development of the three regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
