摘要：
南京国民政府时期，从中央到地方对公共卫生进行了一系列革新。在此过程中，河北省建立起一套较完善的卫生行政体系，省设卫生处，各市县设卫生局，出台了卫生法规，针对防疫、保健、医疗救济、卫生教育等事宜采取了不少积极举措。整体而言河北的医疗卫生事业虽有起色，但由于经费、管理缺位等因素影响，发展仍然较为缓慢。
Study on Medical and Health Care in Hebei Province during the Period of Nanjing National Government

Abstract:
During the period of Nanjing National Government, a series of public health reforms were made from the central government to the local government. In this process, Hebei Province has established a relatively perfect health administrative system, with health department set up in the province, health bureaus set up in the cities and counties, health laws and regulations issued, and many positive measures have been taken for epidemic prevention, health care, medical relief and health education. Generally speaking, the development of medical and health services in Hebei Province is still relatively slow due to the lack of funds and management.
