专业是高等学校的品牌，专业设置与调整是高校进行专业建设中最重要的环节。通过研究、构建专业结构调整与退出机制，推动专业内涵建设，形成自我约束式的专业建设和专业发展模式，对于促进高职院校人才培养与行业、企业对技术技能人才需要“无缝对接”，提升学校专业竞争力具有重要意义。

Abstract:
Specialty is the brand of colleges and universities. Specialty setting and adjustment is the most important link in specialty construction. Through the research and construction of the adjustment and exit mechanism of professional structure, promoting the construction of professional connotation and forming the self-restraint mode of professional construction and professional development, it is of great significance to promote the "seamless connection" between the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges and the needs of industries and enterprises for technical and technical talents, and to enhance the professional competitiveness of colleges and universities.
