“人工智能+”背景下开放教育教师发展的策略

摘要:
“人工智能+X”是国家对高等教育专业教育的新要求,也是人工智能对各类教育在人才培养模式、教师队伍建设等深层次产生影响的具体表现形式,对于开放教育也是如此。“人工智能+X”对开放教育教师的岗位胜任力、学习能力、教学组织和评价等提出了新的挑战,但也带来了新的机遇。做好思想和角色转换、快速更新知识结构和能力结构,重新定位专业和课程教学目标,根据不同开放教育对象特点开发课程,适应智能化辅助的教学组织和评价方式,是开放教育教师适应“人工智能+X”发展要求的有效路径。

Strategies for Teacher Development in Open Education under the Background of “Artificial Intelligence +”

Abstract:
"Artificial intelligence +X" is a new requirement for professional education of higher education in China, and also a concrete manifestation of the deep impact of artificial intelligence on various types of education in terms of talent cultivation mode and teacher team construction, as well as open education. "Ai +X" poses new challenges to the post competence, learning ability, teaching organization and evaluation for open education teachers, but also brings new opportunities. It is an effective way for open education teachers to adapt to the development requirements of "artificial intelligence +X" to do a good job in the transformation of ideas and roles, quickly update their knowledge structure and ability structure, reposition the teaching objectives of majors and courses, develop courses according to the characteristics of different open education objects, adapt to the intelligently assisted teaching organization and evaluation mode, and improve teaching efficiency.
